I was planning on eating with my friend in the city today after packet pickup for our race, but we ran out of time, so it's 6pm and I just ate my second meal of the day. Argh. Not sure if I'll have a graze box at choir tonight or what. We'll see.

exercise: 43:42 5k training OUTSIDE for a total of 2.28 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Today is a great day for me. I fell slightly off track for about 2 weeks and now I've come back swinging!
B: scrambled egg and 2 small slices of bacon
L: salad with ham cubes, shredded cheese, 1 tbsp crumbled bacon, and 1 oz balsamic vinaigrette dressing
D: homemade beef chilli
S: protein shake
W&V: on track
E: 30 minutes of walking/jogging and 30 minutes strength training
B- 2 oz greek yogurt
S- Scrambled Egg
L- 2 oz sugar free pudding
S- 2 oz banana
D- 1/4 cup sheppard's pie (low fat ground beef, veggies, mashed potatoes)
