I'm over chewable multi-vitamins -- is there A capsule....

You wear the patch for 12 hours.   I put them on in the evening and remove in the morning.  They almost always have a coupon code for 40% off your order, too, and often send something free to try.

Wow! This sounds great! Maybe I overlooked it on the website, but does one patch provide 200% of the RDA of vitamins? Or is one patch the equivalent of one multi?

Thanks!

They provide more than the RDA to compensate for the fact that we don't eat as much as the average bear, so we're getting much less nutrition from food.

I couldn't stand the chewable a either. I tried every way to get them down. At my 6 week check up my nutritionist said I could switch to capsules if I felt I could swallow them. The office recommends Celebrate brand and they have a capsule that meets my surgeon's guidelines. You get them online and only directly from Celebrate. They also have soft chews that I get for my calcium. They are not too bad. The have protein shakes and vitamin powders you can mix with water. I haven't tried them yet.

Thanks everyone for your help!  I've ordered the Celebrate, but have started adding my vitamin to yogurt/sf pudding until I double check my surgeon is okay with me taking vitamins in pill form.  I see him Monday, so not too much longer...  Again, always appreciative of your guidance!
