I feel like I've been eating all day, but according to my food log, all seems okay so---
B: 1/2 english with 3/4 oz peanut butter and sliced banana
S: other half of the banana, 20 mini pretzels
L: steel cut oats
S: 1/2 english with 3/4 oz peanut butter
D: chicken with some fresh veg or pork tenderloin
E: walked around Target and short walk at work

E: I did lots today and hope I don't pay for it tomorrow. Physical Therapy, exercise bike and I walked 4.5 miles. Woo Hoo. I feel accomplished.

I came home this evening and will be home through Sunday afternoon. So that's nice. It means I'll be able to do packet pickup for my race tomorrow and see my therapist as well. And it's my birthday - although this hasn't been much of a birthday. But it's nice to be home. And I'm grateful I'll get to see my therapist tomorrow.
