Good morning everyone! The scale is trying to play games with me these days. I'm working hard not to let it mess with me and I know that since I'm following my plan the results will show up on the scale at some point. I believe my body is starting to transition to its "normal" weight loss pattern. My overall trend is still a big loss so I have no real complaints.

L - chicken curry (going to try not to get that crazy full feeling I got yesterday!)

D - turkey burger, brussel sprouts & sweet potatoes (when I told my son I was having somethign like this this weekend for dinner (3 things), he was like mom you wont be able to eat that much... haha, well I just have a bit of each b/c I like the variety & the sweet potato carbs do my stomach lots of good)

L: 1.3 oz leftover wood roasted salmon, 1 oz vegetarian celebration roast, 0.25 cup of skinny pop

I got to run outside today for the first time in forever and it was GLORIOUS.  Aaaah.  So wonderful.  I forgot to switch my tracking to GPS though, so I have no idea how far I went.  Bah.  

My weight is all over the place right now and I'm not surprised.  But.. I'm also not beating myself up.  I'm doing the best I can and I know that what I'm seeing now is a result of last week when I was in the hospital with my dad and had very limited options for everything.  So that's a nice feeling.

Finally on solids (mostly), and now I feel I can join in!

B - 2 Egg Bites (bacon and cheese)

S - decaf with splash of coffeemate

L - P3 (chicken, peanuts, and cheddar) and Triple zero greek vanilla with 1/4 cup high protein Bear Naked granola

D - 1/2 hamburger patty with cheese and grilled tomato

S - Protein bar or shake (depends on how much protein I need to reach between 80-90 and the state of my stomach).
