I baked all day yesterday.  I LOVE to cook and yesterday I cooked stuff I'm not supposed to eat.  I had a lot of self control and although I tasted 2 of the 3 things I made, I didn't pig out, so I was pretty proud of myself.

B: Yogurt and granola

L: mozzarella, proscuitto and basil with Wheat Thins

D: pot roast

W: on track

V: done

E: I'll do a little weight lifting at lunch, but that is all I'll have time for today

You could be in a stall due to high sodium foods you are eating and your carbs seem pretty high. For snacks how about hard boiled egg, cheese string, turkey pepperettes, snack size can of flavoured tuna, piece of cooked chicken or turkey, or some cottage cheese(very high in protein).

My plan says don't worry about carbs. today is high in sodium but that is not usual. Thanks for responding!

I'm currently spending my weeks in PA to help my parents out during my dad's recovery and forthcoming radiation.  So I'm a bit limited but still trying hard to take care of myself.  It is sunny out and the highs are supposed to be in the 50s this week, so I'm hopeful I'll get to run outside on Tuesday and Thursday!

1: frankenshake
2: lunch meat and cheese
3: ham and roasted potaoes

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga (beginner combination)

Glad to see you Gwen. You and your family have been in my thoughts. It's great that the weather is cooperating with you this week and you will be able to run outside. I remember in your previous posts that you much prefer that to the treadmill. Hopefully this might bring you a little extra mental and stress relief too.

Super late reply, but thank you very much.  The support I find here really helps to bolster me.
