This was an absolutely crazy week and work. Fortunately, the weather looks like it is going to be decent today so that means I get to walk outside again today. Woo Hoo. I feel so much better mentally when I do that. I hope everyone else is having a nice weekend as well.

S: 1/2 oz Quinoa chips and 2 tbsp roasted garlic hummus

D: 2 oz Chipotle BBQ Meatballs

S: Protein Shake

V: On Track

W: Behind

E: Walking later this afternoon once it has warmed up a bit.

breakfast - harvest chicken salad

lunch - buffalo chicken casserole with wheat thins

lunch2 - phily cheese steak sloppy joes and cheddar cheese

dinner - salmon and mixed veggies

vitamins -on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - done!

I just saved your green chili cheese puff recipe! It sounds good...think I'll make it tomorrow.

It was really good and very easy to make. I served it with a little salsa and a dab of light sour cream. I thought it had good flavor.

I will only state this...

I have been really, really good..

BUT

today was my nieces baby shower

and my sister made ...

HOMEMADE COOKIES!!!!!!

and I'm sure by now..we all know my ISSUE

with cookies!! LOL!!

and my sissy's a REALLY,REALLY good baker (and cook)

that is all..I leave the rest to your imagination....

Oh they were!!

and the really good thing..

I excused myself to go to the lil girls room

and when I came back they had served 

the cookie platters so I only got 3

Scarfed those down

and promptly got myself sick

to my stomach..soooo...yay me??!
