Surgery Date

My surgery date is March 31st. Does that mean insurance approved it?

Hi Tashac,  My surgery was scheduled BEFORE they had insurance approval.  I'm sure that different surgeons can do different things - but if you want to be SURE call them and ASK.  I made it CLEAR to the billing department at my surgeons office that I would not proceed without approval, because I couldn't afford the surgery otherwise.  They were very understanding.  Good luck to you!
