L - can of albacore tuna, 3/4 cup romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced cucumber, 1tbsp Vidalia sweet onion vinegarette
S - jonagold apple with 1 tbsp. Fresh almond butter
D - beef roast 3 oz, steamed mixed vegetables

E - treadmill - .75 mile, elliptical - 20 minutes, sit-ups, squats, arm strengthening with bands
