Went to zumba last night and fitbit said 17,000 steps yesterday - so why am I the same weight today??? I want instant gratification!!! LOL
B: 1/2 english muffin with 3/4 oz peanut butter and sliced bananas (this was heavenly)

I am still slacking at the exercise. I need to get back into the groove. On a positive note, though, I quit a job yesterday. It was kind of a toxic environment, I have 5 jobs anyway, I wasn't make much, and now I'm going to have more time to dedicate to growing our business, so I feel pretty great about the decision.

Well we were supposed to be snowed in today, but so far only a little sleet and roads are fine.

S-I'm reeeally hungry right now so I see a snack or two in my future. I have a fruit cup, some greek yogurt I mixed with a banana and peanut butter and froze, or leftover pork tenderloin and kale and brussels sprouts. Hmmmm
I exercised again today!! I was so sore from yesterday but my treadmill work actually felt good. Now I'm sitting and sore again.
