B = Premier Choc. Shake.
L = Bean and bacon soup.
D = Shredded chicken cooked in crockpot with salsa verde served with sour cream, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce.
S = Dannon greek yogart.
W = On track.
V = On track.
E = I haven't been motivated for so long! I really need to get my butt in gear!
I am sooo sore from bodypump. Can barely walk. Taking the day off today.
I think calories add up way too fast for me. :(
B-Chocolate peanut nature value protein bar, coffee with creamer
L-1/2 crispy chicken sandwich, cup chicken tortilla soup
S-small chick fil a fruit cup, breakstone cottage double w/ peach
D-Leftover chili (hopefully 2/3 c. will satisfy b/c that's all the calories I have left :( )
Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche
lunch - buffalo chicken casserole with wheat thins
dinner - beef stroganoff
snack - humus and wheat thins
exercise - weight training and recumbent bike
water - good
vitamins -on track
I think I'm eating too many crackers - that carb monster is lurking... Plus my food scale broke, so I'm not able to weigh my servings... Time to get back on plan!
