Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Tuesday!
Happy Hump Day :)
My meals are kind of out of whack today -- dinner was for breakfast, breakfast for lunch and lunch for dinner. But it is all working out.
B - turkey burger w/ veg
S - fage
L - chike
S - ricotta bake thingy
D - spicy chicken quinoa stir fry
S - orange & string cheese
E - circuit -- maybe yoga later
W - on track
V - need to get this in

Today was a good day. :)
B: 2 Oscar Meyer turkey bacon slices and 1 Scrambled egg "muffin"
S1: 1/2 Cup of Friendship 1% Cottage Cheese
L: 3 slices of Turkey, 1 slice of turkey bacon and 1 thin slice of Jack Cheese in a Low Carb Tumaro's wrap (with 1 tbsp miracle whip and 1 tsp honey mustard)
-Ended up having 1/4 cup of homemade "salmon salad" instead for lunch.
S2: 5 grape tomatoes and 1/8 cup of ricotta cheese
D: BBQ seasoned chicken breast and most likely 1/4 cup of peas and carrots
S3: Baby Bel Mini Mozzarella Cheese
Fluids: On track
Vites: On track
I haven't felt as comfortable with my meal plan the last week or so. The doctors want me to increase my protein levels and I'm struggling a bit with that. I was fairly comfortable with my plan previous to that direction. It has to be done; I know that I will make it work and eventually this will feel normal too.
B: Protein Shake
L: 2 fried eggs
S1: 1.5 oz cheese (we will see if I can get this all in)
D: 2 oz Peach Pork Picante
S2: Protein Shake
W - at goal, everything from now is bonus :)
V - on track
E - walked over lunch. I over did it a bit; I'm sure my physical therapist will let me know what he thinks about that :)
