Protein Bars/Protein Shakes

I started using Oh Yeah! first day post surgery. It has 32g protein per serving. Add your choice of milk and it brings it up to 40g per serving. Using vanilla creme and changing it up with extracts. Coconut is great. Also a great place to add your MiraLax or fiber of choice. Two of these a day and you have 80 grams of protein and stay full for some time. It allows me to go three hours before meal or snack. This helps if I am on the go and not home to have the best thing to eat. Fast food is no longer an option and that makes me happy!
I'm still pre-op, and not sure if this would qualify, but I use About Time protein. Lots of flavors- vanilla & birthday cake are my favorites. 25g of protein a serving, no carbs. I usually blend 1 scoop protein and 1/4c frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, little water. It comes out perfect every time in my ninja! :)
My nutritionist has not approved Protein Bars for me yet, but before I was even thinking about VSG Surgery, I used to have half a Quest Bar a day. Half-a-one gave me the fiber I needed (I would really like to have these again to help THAT problem), and eating only a half a day made them less pricey. :-)
