Question about amounts
I am trying hard to get all of my fluids in and noticed that aside from water that sf jello and ff strained cream soups also count toward this fluid count. As well as sf popsicles.
My question is how much jello or cream soup at a time? I know that my paper says 2-4 tbsp but I have a feeling this is for when I start pureed foods.. Or do you think it count on the sf jello and soup too? I am so confused on this part. Do the protein shakes also count toward this? I have noticed that I am finally starting to feel a little hungry and I know these will help me feel "full" Is it unusual to feel hungry already at this point? It's not too bad but my belly is starting to grumble a little.

Grumbling is not synonymous for hunger. You're not likely hungry, but thirsty or having acid. If you're not taking a PPI, you should be and if you are, you may need a higher dose or a different one.
As for amounts, all plans are different but note that you'll be able to get down more liquid based products than you will be able to get down dense proteins. Personally, I regulate my food anywhere between 1/4-1/2 cup depending on consistency.
I did not know that about grumbling! I am not on a PPI but my doctor said today I could take one. Today was my one week check up and I got the HORRIBLE drain removed and feel like a new woman!!
Thank you for your response. That does make sense that I should be able to hold more liquid.
