To prevent the clumping, i do the liquid premier protein drinks. It goes in like half and half and then I don't have to worry about that weird last sip.

Raspberry white chocolate mochas were my fav as well. I don't count calories (only carbs and protein) and haven't had coffee post op yet, but when I do, it'll be heavy whipping cream (instead of milk, because it has very few carbs) with coffee, sugar free white chocolate and sugar free raspberry syrup. It won't likely be identical, but it'll be a good substitute.

Went to stabuck tonight. Got a grande raspbeery white mocha with skim milk. Instead of the 4 pumps they put in i got 3. They do not make sugsr free whilte chcocolate or sufar free raspberry. It was ok but definetly bot as good.

OH! and just a general reply, they can add the protein to ANY drin****d tea, hoot coffee, cocoa, a frappucino.. anything! Just ask for a scoop or two! It's extra, but not by much. You're already at starbucks, you know you're not getting cheap coffee
