I'm also curious about what everyone does about extra skin? I know the basics.. stay hydrated, take your vitamins, exercise.. I'm wondering what people might do extra aside from plastics? I didn't use to take vitamins at all but I started taking them today just to get my system built up and to get into the habit of it. I also bought some Coconut oil to lather over my skin and hair before my showers. I've read that works wonders. I also bought the Nerium products that are suppose to work wonders. I haven't received them yet so I haven't had the chance to try them out. Any tips on things that I should be doing as I lose the weight would be great. Here are a couple links for the Nerium if anyone is curious about that. I'm excited to try it!

If you feel like quitting, think of why you started.

Tracking everything will give you a big advantage in your weight loss journey.  People who don't track can get into denial about how much they are actually eating.  I cannot eat a lot at one time, but if I wait and go back I can always eat more.  The success with surgery is from eating less than your body burns.

I recommend weighing and measuring your food and tracking it with some type of app or device.  I use Myfitnesspal an wear a Garmin Vivofit to track steps.  I recommend also getting a scale that will sync with your fitness tracker.  All of this knowledge will keep you on track and can make your journey to goal easier and quicker.
