It's been a very busy day but wanted this post helps me be on track or accountable.

V: Behind... eeek. just realized that while typing this
E: Had physical therapy this morning so got some good activity there. May try to walk again this evening; it depends on weather.

dinner - pulled pork and sweet potato casserole
