It's been a very busy day but wanted this post helps me be on track or accountable.

B: Protein Shake

L: 1/2 cup Cheeseburger Soup

S: 1 oz cheese

D: 2 oz chicken asada

S: Protein Shake

W: On track

V: Behind... eeek. just realized that while typing this

E: Had physical therapy this morning so got some good activity there. May try to walk again this evening; it depends on weather.

D:  IDK, my husband is lobbying for BLTs - so maybe lettuce, bacon, tomato lettuce wrap

Leebee3 outstanding work.  You have lost over 80 lbs in a little over a month?  How many calories are you at. I know everyone is different, but I had the surgery 1/19 and lost 43 lbs so far(includes 2 week preop).

i'm in awe, too. i had it the same day as you, and have only lost 37 lbs, including pre-op. can't figure it out yet.

Oh wow!  Thanks so much for your kind words.  The 80lbs is the combined pre and post surgery.  I had lost about 60 pre-op and about 23 post op.  Good luck to you both!   We can do this!!
