Swallow whole multivitamin after sleeve?

Pill vitamins (both chewable and non) made me horribly nauseous after surgery. I ended up switching to a protein shake that included a multi-vitamin - though I did run it my my doc and nut before making the change. This worked very well for me.

I did chewables for a while but probably could have done a small multi.  Today I take the "petite" version 2x day along with a handful of other supplements.
