1 year Sleeved! *pics*

Yesterday (Feb. 28th) made 1 year since my vsg surgery : ) Best thing I ever done for myself! Wish I would have done it sooner! So far I have lost 148 lbs...

I only have 11 more lbs to lose until onederland!!! I was so close, but with my long hospital stay and complications from my gallbladder surgery, I had gained weight.. but Im back on track and losing again..

here is a before surgery pic (358 lbs at 5'3) and a progress pic (210 lbs) so far a total loss of 148 lbs!!! (pic is from 2 weeks ago, its the most recent one I have)

You look absolutely fabulous. I started at 348 surgery date and so you are an inspiration that I can get to goal. Could I ask what your average diet menu looks like, protein, carbs, fat and calories?
