Happy Sunday :) I need to plan -- my food has been all over the place lately.
B - chike & bacon
S - coffee, fage
L - quinoa, chicken stir fry
S - berries & yogurt (loading up on probiotics!)
D - cheesy green beens & turkey sausage burger
S - ricotta bake thingy or something else
W - on track
V - at lunch
E - yoga & maybe a run & maybe hockey
What's your plan?
Lately, I've been skipping my second lunch and having a snack of humus and crackers at night, so I decided I should change my plan to reflect this.
Breakfast - Salmon
Lunch - buffalo chicken casserole
Dinner - crack slaw
snack - humus and wheat thins
vitamins - on track
water - good, so far
exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!

E: Not sure. I'm hoping enough ice melts today that I can at least get in a short walk. I'm going a bit stir crazy here.
