Good morning everyone. I hope the week is getting off to a decent start. 

B: Protein Shake

L: 1 egg omelette w/ cheddar cheese and possibly 1 slice bacon

S1: Beef Jerky or 1 oz cheese

D: Chicken Broccoli Divan

S2: Protein Shake

W&V: On Track

E: Ugh. I tried to go to yoga class this morning but traffic was horrible and I missed it. Frustrating. I am going to work out tonight though.

Today has already been a difficult day for me.  I didn't eat dinner last night because I had a late lunch and I just didn't feel like eating.  This morning the scale went up 2 lbs which was frustrating.  It is about that time of the month, though, so I suspect that is the reason.  Then, this morning I didn't have time for my usual breakfast and that added to my Monday morning stress.  Oh well.  I'm sure it will get better.  At least I realized that parent teacher conferences are next week not tonight.  I wasn't sure how I was going to manage that.

B: a little jerky, a piece of cheese, a couple wheat thins and a few bites of chicken chili

L: chicken chili

D: balsamic pot roast (this is a new recipe that I've been looking forward to trying)

V: done

W: WAY behind since I ate breakfast 2 hours late

E: hopefully I will have some time to try out my new Xbox exercise game tonight

I hate when things start off rough. It can really throw off the whole day. Sometimes if I can get away for even 15 minutes and do a quick walk it helps me reset mentally. Not sure if you can squeeze that it or not, but maybe that would help relieve some stress? 

Let us know how the balsamic pot roast is. It sounds intriguing.

L: Seafood Salad Baby carrots

D: not sure either leftovers or pork chop.

S; 1oz soy nuts

V: On track

W: on track

E: back to daily activity.

B: Strawberry Premier Protein Shake
S: 1/4 cup chia pudding (1tbsp black organic chia seeds, 1 tsp coconut palm sugar, 4 oz almond milk, 5 slivered almond pieces) SO GOOD! 
L: leftover organic grass fed 2 oz prime New York strip steak
D: "California Chicken"; 3 oz chicken, 1 piece bacon, touch of avocado and .25 oz melted Monterrey jack cheese

E: Walking outside in the sun! And probably 2 turns on the exercise bike later. 
V: all in 

HW: 450
SW: 428 9/26/14

I'm very jealous of your sunshine and "California Chicken" is yummy. I do the same thing sometimes; it's tasty!

Feel like i ate alot yesteday, but still under goal weight, so I guess it's okay..just neurotic!

B:  steel cut oats, banana

S:  small piece of Irish bread

L:  going out for Mexican

D:  scallops/cole slaw maybe?

V:  YES!  I'm restocked and back on track

W:  meh

E:  tried to start walking again this weekend, despite the ice and snow on the roads.  it is a dangerous task since there are no sidewalks
