What was your eating schedule looking like? Were/are you still drinking shakes?  Daily calories, protein, and carbs? I have a plan but just curious to see what others are doing at this stage.

At 3 months out I was eating 3 times a day and drinking protein drinks 3 times a day.  I preferred the Isopure Zero drinks because they go down like water and didn't make me feel full like shakes to.  I was getting at least 60 grams of protein a day, about 600-800 calories and eating very few carbs.

I have 3 meals a day with 2 protein shakes for snacks. My NUT doesn't have me counting calories, she's more concerned with carbs. I'm averaging around 64-70 grams of protein daily, 35-40 grams of carbs daily. This seems to really work for me.

I am 12 weeks post-op today. I have a Premier Protein shake at 6 am and then I have a 2 oz meal every 2 hours after that (7 meals daily). I get around 100 grams of protein, 80 or more ounces of water and stay around 800 to 850 calories a day.

At 3-1/2 months out I was doing daily:  800 calories, 80 grams protein, 40 grams or less carb, 80 oz. water.  And yes, I was still doing one shake per day (and I still do).

I'm just over 3 months out and get about 800 cals. a day.  60-70 grams of protein.  And keep my carbs under 30 grams.  Plus, I drink 80-100 ozs. of water a day.  I don't do the shakes any longer.  I have 3 meals and 1 snack every day.
