One-year out and -145
Hi, my calories are usually 700-800. Followed my doctors plan re: carbs under 40 and adequate protein numbers. I still struggle sometimes to drink enough water but am making that a priority so I don't get dehydrated.
I walk every day but no exercise/gym routine yet. Busy single parent counts maybe?

Yeah!!!! so great. ..also. upload the pic you want to your pictures on this website. .then open the picture in a sepeate tab. Copy the url (addy) then in a your other obesity help tab click the add a pic icon in your post or comment and paste the url (addy) in there..may need to size it a little smaller... remember 2 seperste tabs and you can try it 10 times till you get ut the size you want :)
