I'm a big fan of Alive chewables...they're a little sweet and so I save them for the last thing I take in the morning!

I also use the chewables from Trader Joe's. I was a lousy pill taker pre-op, not any better now, and I am 2 1/2 years out. The specialty ones from the bariatric companies are chalky, gross, and expensive.

All the bariatric ones I've tried so far have nauseated me.  I am on the on-a-day chewy ones right now.  Nutritionist warned that they are a little high in sugar, so i may keep looking for an alternative, but at least I can get them down and don't have to worry I'll be vitamin deficient while I search for something else!  I take double the dose (the dose is 2, so I take 2, 2 times a day).
