My program counts anything sugar-free as a liquid. Tea, coffee, milk (only put in coffee), protein shakes, crystal light etc. Once in a while I have a Minute Maid 15 calorie juice. (those have 2g of sugar per 8 oz so only as a treat once in a while) They are quite delicious.

It doesn't matter what the liquids are.  Just choose calorie-free liquids so you don't get too many calories.

I asked at my last appointment and was told that they PREFER that I get my liquid with plain water, which is what I usually do, but I took that to mean that it wasn't a rule just a suggestion.
