liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 65:00 5k training at 1% incline on the treadmill for a total of 3.7 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

It was a first for me, and super delicious!  But it was SO MUCH FOOD.  It came with rice, an egg roll, and some kimchi.  I ate about 1/3 of the meat/veggie mix and nothing else :P

Bulgogi is the best!  I have a girlfriend who is Korean and she makes bulgogi short ribs for us. I'm trying to strong arm the recipe out of her. If so, I'll share!
