I'm so glad it's Friday I'm about to pop.  :)

Sooo close to ONEderland!! I can almost taste it already.

 

B: Diet swiss miss with 1/4 cup of 1% Over the Moon Milk; 1 Scrambled egg "muffin" and 2 Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon slices

S1: 1/2 cup of Friendship 1% Cottage Cheese (16g protein!)

L: Turkey Breast Cutlet with Butternut squash

S2: 1.8 oz Sardines in mustard sauce

D: Not sure yet.

S3: Mini Baby Bel Light Cheese

Excersize: Probably treadmill at gym later

Me too!  Good luck getting there!  

Also, so good to see there's someone else who loves sardines...I have always liked to eat them on crackers, for the crunch.  Wasa makes  a "Crisp & Light" cracker - 3 of them are less than 50 calories and they're pretty big.  If you like such things, they're a good sardine carrier!

Sorry...70 calories for 3.  But I've not needed to eat 3 so it ended up being around 50 calories.  Sorry for the confusion!

PS - they also last really well in ziplock.

Sounds good! I will have to give those a try! Probably taste good with the mustard sauce.

I made it this morning!  Now to stay there... :)

I bet the mustard sauce with the crackers would be yummy! I've done the lemon ones, hot sauce...also good!
