Hi Light weights! Did you find once you hit onederland that your weight slowed down or were stuck at 198/199 for a few weeks? How did you overcome?

Just stay the course.  Some weeks were better than others - if I had a .8 week it was often followed by 2.5 week or vice versa.  Eat wisely, exercise and stay away from junk foods. Your body does not magically know that you are in the 100s, that's all you.  Don't let the scale mess with your head..(easy for me to say).

I've been in a stall for almost 2 weeks. Looks like it is getting slower as I get to my goal weight. I'm ok with that. I just talked to my NUT and I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast and she told me to stop. It contains way too many carbs. So hopefully this will help me. We definitely need to count our carbs more than calories according to my NUT. Of course. we all get difference advise. We'll all get there. Our stomachs won't allow us to eat more than we should.
