Is it Normal?

Guesstimate mostly.

I'm not going by BMI. I am 6'1" and I have a large frame. I would have to get to about 185 to have a BMI in the "normal" range.

At 224 (current weight) I wear an XL shirt and 38 pants. Both are a little on the lose side. I couldn't image taking off another 40 pounds. I've already been asked if I was losing on purpose (i.e., Are you sick?).

At 215 I should be wearing an XL or L shirt and 38 or 36 pants. And I think that's small enough.

Yes I agree because I wear between a sz 3-5 and I don't want to be a sz 0 that would be ugly. Thanks for easing my mind. Talk to doctor plastic surgery and he said I don't really need lipo made me feel good but need tummy tuck lol

I'm 6'3", and my original goal was 220. I've been at 185 for a year and a half. I never thought I'd be anywhere near this low either. I'm in L and 36. The last few months I lost, it was about 4 pounds a month.

Just keep following the plan, and see where you end up.

Yeah but I'm almost that size right now (I'm not kidding, I have a LARGE frame). I'd be tiny at 185... not to mention looking like a deflated helium balloon. LOL

I thought I'd be tiny too. I picked 220 because that was the last time I felt I was in really good shape. But I just kept to my plan, and breezed right by it.

I'm right in the middle of a healthy BMI now, and have been within a few pounds of the same weight for 18 months. Longer, I think, at the same weight than any point in my life. I'm actually wearing out clothes, I've worn them for so long. And since I got to this weight I've increased calories pretty drastically to maintain.

Just stick to your plan, and see where it takes you. Goal weights are nice, but they aren't carved in stone.
