Hi I start pureed foods today finally, I am taking medications that leave a very bitter and bad taste in my mouth. Constantly rinsing/brushing teeth. Do anyone know of a breath mint sugar free, no sugar alcohols that I can try. Even muscle milk 100 leaves such a lingering sweet taste in my mouth. Thanks

My surgeon gave me approval to chew sugar free gum the day after surgery. She said this would help get things going with my stomach. I was kinda afraid at first, but chewed the gum for a few minutes and then would spit it out.

thank you so much, I was advised to never chew gum bc if swallowed could be dangerous.

Mentos sugar free mints use Splenda. So, that might be an option.

I was told not to chew gum, it could be very dangerous if you swallow it. (Might get stuck)

I used Biotene mouth rinse, it has a light minty flavor so it helps freshen, remove any gross flavor and it helps moisten your mouth.
