Grim I'm doing good lol, Well I'm really stuck at my weight now but my bmi is still over weight don't understand because I'm in a size 3 and I'm pretty thin. Want to loose at least 10 more pounds incase regain. Hopefully I loose going for plastics in June with Javier Garcia in TJ, Mexico.

BMI is iffy for most people, but even more so for us. Because of all the extra weight we hauled around, EVERYTHING on us got bigger. Bigger bones, bigger muscles, bigger liver, bigger heart--everything. That's one of the reasons reaching a lower BMI is difficult.

Doing a good body fat test is a better indicator, but it takes some looking to find one, and costs a little money. Some scales do it, but they aren't as accurate as something like a DEXA scan.

Or you can be ecstatic at the fantastic progress you've made, and screw the number! You've won!
