What do you order at vietnamese restaurants?

Everything is so full of noodles or rice, and I don't eat those things. I was thinking I could order soup and ask for  sprouts instead of noodles? Then I can eat the meat, broth and a few sprouts.

What do you order when you go out?

I live in Wyoming and we don't have Vietnamese restaurants, but I've found when I go places that are primarily full of carbs, I can sometimes get an appetizer...like chicken wings or meatballs.

Some kind of stir fry and skip the rice.

I have tried the soup with sprouts intead of noodles. The broth is very salty and you do not notice it with the noodles but you can really tell with the sprouts! Spring rolls are full of veg and the wrappers are pretty thin. I like the shrimp ones a lot. Another option might be to get a ban mei and eat only the filling, skip the bun.

Soup is good. They also have a lot of stir fry selections. Salad. Summer/spring rolls (The unfried rolls).
