Hey All!

I know I have been super quiet on these boards lately! So busy at work, I have less time to play on the internet ;) But I do regularly read posts here. OH is still my "touch stone" to keep my self in check! I have been sitting at 80 lbs  lost for about 3 month-ish now. I guess I would call myself eating as if I am in maintenance but still want to lose 20 more. I can honestly say, I go back and forth with being strict on the eating plan. I had a LOT of stress happening in my life, and it took its toll. I am now in a much better place, and plan to get this last 20 off! I hit the gym again last night and am eating on plan today, and will continue to! For the vets who say the sleeve is just a tool, definitely take heed to that! There will come a day when you can eat more and your sleeve will be able to tolerate most any food. That is where it gets tricky! It is SO important to find other stress relievers other then food, early on. Weather that be therapy, exercising, etc. I realllly wish I have started therapy at the very beginning of this journey, and would recommend it to any new folks too. All in all though - I am THRILLED still to have made this decision for my self! I feel 100% better physically, emotionally and mentally! I would not take back having this surgery, for anything in the world! My 1 yr is in April, and I plan to be checking back with you all AT goal of 100 lbs lost  Here is a current and before photo! My starting weight on this journey was 268, and I am now at 188. I am 5'8. Can you tell how "thrilled" I used to look taking pictures before?! LOL!
