I started my journey in Sept 3 (weighed 338)when i had a knee surgery...Dec 3 (weighed 308)i had my vertical sleeve.Today i weigh 265 lbs!! WOW .I learned so much from reading and educating myself ...and the one thing i learned is to stop dwelling on food.It seemed like right before surgery i was worried about what i would eat for my snack for my meal etc....Now i have a routine i think protein and water and it works for me!!Thx vets for all the super great info you continue to post :)

You're doing a fantastic job! My doctor wouldn't even consider me a viable candidate for knee surgery because of my weight (268 lbs.) at the time.
