Some days I'm not getting enough fluids and I can really feel the dehydration :(

I was tired a lot the first week.  It continued to improve after that, and I think it was about 3 weeks or so total.  I took a one hour tap and jazz class 3 weeks after surgery, and made it through, but was wiped out after !  :)  Everyone's recovery time is different, but I think we all share that each day it gets a little bit better until all of a sudden you realize you're back to normal.  Hang in there!

Some days I feel like I'm starting to get back to normal and then others I'm just wiped out from doing the smallest thing! I was going to attempt a yoga class on Friday.. Don't know how long I'll make it!

If it were me, I'd just play it be ear.  Friday is 3 days away, so who knows how you'll feel then?  If you're up to going to the class, do so, but listen to your body, and when it tells you you've had enough, stop.  I know it feels like forever right now, but the time will go by and you'll feel stronger and even better than before, as the weight will be coming off.

I'm 5 weeks out and come 8.30pm I'm done. (I work full time 9-6). I have to say the biggest thing for me was realizing I wasn't getting my full levels of protein in like I though I was. I get headaches from not enough water, but had a nice little zip in energy, when I gave myself some more protein to get energy from!
