That was rough. :(

Hi all. The surgery was everything I thought it was going to be. Insanely painful. Guess I either don't handle pain well, or I was just one of the unlucky ones. lol. I guess everything ran smoothly, but I had surgery at 12:30pm on Thurs the 19th, and the last couple of days have been pretty nasty. Mainly the gas but all around pain. booooo

I'm sure i'll be fine in the next coming days, but really glad they sent me home with the pain meds (even if I have to cut them into 4ths ha ha)

So sorry you have so much pain. I found the more I walked around the less I felt the pain. I even went shopping so I couldn't just stop and lay down. It helped a lot. 

Thank you! I've walked around the grocery store twice now, and try to do a lap around the house if I have to go to the restroom. ;) Hopefully it will be over in a day or two! 

I walked every 2 hours for 30 minutes. I had no pain by day 4.

try using a hot towel it helps a lot ,

time and walking is the only thing that will remove the gas
