I've recently been trying carbmaster chocolate milk. It seems to work better for me than diet swiss miss when i am having a sweet craving although I have no idea why.

I am new to the group and am looking at getting RNY surgery. I go Thursday for my orientation. I am not sure what is considered low carb, but the plain non fat greek yogurt has 7g of carbs and 18 grams of protein. I add the sugar free crystal light packets to the plain non fat greek yogurt and it sweetens it perfectly for my sweet tooth cravings. It also works great as a dipping sauce for fruits.

I opt for yogurt as well.

I typically use Fage 2%, extracts (coconut and vanilla are my favorite) and a few Stevia drops.

Super delicious and protein packed.

I will have to try this. I eat the Lite and Fit Greek Yogurt for my snacks. Thanks for the suggestion.
