B:  Premier Protein chocolate shake with a Miralax booster

L:  Buffalo chicken with mashed cauliflower

S:  Dannon Fit & Light Boston Cream Pie Greek yogurt (I am addicted to this flavor.  I bought every one in the store yesterday)

D:  Not sure.  Possibly chicken sausage and spiral zucchini.  Or eating out.

S:  Blueberries

W:  On track

V:  On schedule

E:  2-3 miles walking later tonight with the dog

I think the walking has kick started my weight loss into overdrive.  I'm seeing results every day on the scale and it's motivating me even more.  My clothes, particularly pants, are just hanging on me.  I tried on some size 18 jeans that I had purchased on sale, but they're no bueno yet.  My ass and thighs seem to be holding on to fat for their dear lives.  *******s.

Regarding the Dannon Fit & Light Boston Cream Pie Greek yogurt. It's funny, they gave that to me in the hospital, and it tasted like lemon to me (and I don't like lemon), but since my tastebuds weren't quite right then, I will have to try it again later on down the line. :-)

Your post made me chuckle. I haven't figure out how one size pant can be falling off me and when I try the next smaller size sometimes they don't fit. Confuses the heck out of me!

Congratulations on graduating to soft foods! It's such a nice feeling when you finally get to eat "real" food again... even if it is only a couple of bites.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I am considering VSG. How much can you eat at a time?

It changes as time goes by. I try not to think of how MUCH i can eat but instead how LITTLE I can eat. Honestly, I know that eventually I will be able to eat normal portions but I am perfectly fine if that time is a long, long ways away. That will just help me with my weight loss. At 16 weeks I can handle around 1 1/2 - 2 oz of dense protein and 2 - 2 1/2 oz if it is mushy or moist food.
