What you need to focus on it not the number of pounds, but the per centage of your excess weight. Generally speaking, the more weight you have to lose, the higher number of pounds you'll lose in a given time frame. For example, is you started with 100 pounds to lose, you're lost 56% of your excess weight. Someone who started out with 200 pounds to lose would have to have lost 112 pounds to have also lost 56%.
