Hmm, I keep hearing all plans are different but, mine called for 8 weeks on shakes then 4 weeks on soup, I hate soup, so it was 12 weeks of protein shakes. I can't even imagine having ice cream now, let alone at 11 days, however, if you don't have food issues you probably shouldn't get WLS. Good luck tho...
