Best Tasting Chewable Multi?

I am going to need to buy my chewable multi vitamins soon as my surgery is coming up soon.  I've read alot of reviews on different ones.  I like the idea of only taking 1 a day with the opurity chewable but I have read alot of reviews from people that couldn't even get it down because it was pretty gross and chalky.  I've also read some about bariatric advantage which would be twice a day.  Also saw one from Twin Labs that have good reviews on the taste but not sure if there is enough vitamin levels for what I need after the sleeve.  Please share your thoughts on chewable vitamins from a taste perspective.  I can deal with having to take it more than once a day.  Taste is going to be a big thing for me.  Also does your recommendation of a multi include the iron that we need?  Thanks all!

I take the Twin Lab Multi but in my opinion the taste is not good, but its tolerable. I was given a list of multi's that were approved by my nutritionist and Twin Lab had pretty much the same vitamin levels as all the other ones on there. As far as Iron goes, it has 10mg of Iron in it.

My husband and I have been taking the Opurity Bypass/Sleeve multi - yes it does not taste great, we take it first thing in the morning to get it over with.  It's very comprehensive, 30 mg iron I think.  My husband just had his 3 month blood work done and the results were great.  We also take the Celebrate Calcium Citrate chews, actually pretty tasty, we do chocolate and mixed berry.

I take the women's ultra mega from GNC. They are chewy like starburst and I think they're quite Yummy. I look forward to it every day. I take one twice a day. If you go that route you may need to take a separate iron pill.

I use Bariatric Advantage. if you call them they will send you samples before you buy. I believe celebrate does the same (although personally I didn't care of those)

I was gagging on my  Fusion chewables the surgeon gave me.  I took them for approximately three weeks til I could no longer tolerate them.  Last week I told my nutritionist and she suggested Vita Fusion gummies for adults. I ordered them from Amazon and they taste great.

I like the Trader Joe's High Potency chewable. Taking 2 a day meets ASBMS standards (except one mineral I'd never heard of, anyway, my lab results have always been great). It has a very mild, slightly citrus-y flavor. It's also lower in calories, carbs, and price than virtually any specialty bariatric vitamin.

The kids chewable (NOT gummy) from GNC is what I use (2-3 a day).  my vitamin levels have been fine so far.  It is basically a Flintstone without the artificial colors.  The GNC ones are grape flavored.

I did not care for the taste or texture of the Bariatric Advantage Multivitamins.

I switched to Celebrate, and buy either the Orange Mandarin or Grape.  Much better.  You'll need to take two per day.

As for iron, your labs will determine whether you need to take supplements.  I did for three months after surgery as my surgeon required, but my iron labs always come back high so they took me off of them.
