I would do the burger salad or braised short ribs. This place looks really good. Enjoy!

The salmon or the lettuce wraps (in the appetizer section, if you don't want something huge)

Tuna Tartare and deviled eggs or the Meat and Cheese plate all in appetizers. Yum!

Maybe b/c I was reading that right before lunch, but there are so many things that sound good.  Depending on how "good" (low carb) you want to be or what you would eat around these would be some of my picks:

  • lettuce wraps
  • dumplings
  • any of the tacos
  • grilled chicken / salmon / shrimp

enjoy!

Since I'm still on soft/puréed, this was a bit of food porn for me, so thanks!

I would go with the meat and cheese plate (I love a good charcuterie), tacos, or the salmon.

Charcuterie is amazing and so VSG friendly which makes it even more amazing :D

I've always loved playing the "menu game" and it's been something I've continued to enjoy post-op.  It's like a new and exciting challenge to figure out "what can I eat here?"

Sounds like that might be the choice for you then! Menus this big tend to be overwhelming to me, but reading through them is always fun!

Yellowfin Tuna Tartare

Braised Short Ribs

Either of these are speaking to me.

I personally would go for the lettuce wraps or the quinoa salad.  Yummmy
