B: Optimum Whey Protein powder double chocolate with 8 oz unsweetened almond milk

L: tuna with 6 crackers, small banana

S: Belvita soft baked oats n chocolate cookie

D: stir fry pork with mixed vegatable (made at home)

Water: trying to get in 32 oz.
