Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Wednesday
Gwen check out mindfulness and mindfulness meditation. I think you will like it. dbtselfhelp.com is a good start.
I'm recovering from traveling this weekend. I had to go to Arizona for my grandma's memorial service. I ate too many things I shouldn't have. Thankfully I had enough will power to eat very little of the things I shouldn't have. (My mom makes THE BEST lemon pie!) I gained a pound while I was gone for 5 days. :( And, other than being on my feet and cooking for 25 people the entire time, I only exercised once. I need to get back into the groove!

Ugh... romantic life drama -- I'm not good at this. blah!
Also I finished my antibiotics last Friday and my stomach has been getting progressively worse. I kind of want to cry about it b/c I was SOOOOO sick and am worried I am heading back there. I'm also already at the low end of my weight, so if this thing comes back again I know the weakness will be amplified.
Whine whine whine -- really life is pretty fantastic. So I'm not going to let a little boy drama and health concerns ruin my day.

Speak up about your stomach. You either need a stronger antibiotic or a longer course. If it's SIBO, it can be a royal PITA to treat and most likely will require a combo of meds and diet changes.
Hang in there. Feeling crappy while dealing with boy drama is NO fun.
