3 Months Out **Pics in profile**

What can I say? For the most part, my weight loss journey so far has been pretty uneventful. Some days I do great with my choices and some days I don't, but I never feel bad about the choices I make. I am still learning to find a balance for myself that I will be able to continue on with for the rest of my life and that doesn’t necessarily coincide with other’s plans. I am doing everything in moderation and that is what works for me.

I went to Miami about 1 1/2 weeks ago for a business convention and I did a lot of walking. I was able to get around just fine without being out of breath or even breaking a sweat (being cold all of the time has its perks!)Before surgery I would have never made it...I would have been miserable. That in itself makes the surgery worth it.

My confidence is growing every day. I feel great and know that it will only continue to get better. My stats are in my signature so you know where I started and where I am now. Also, I posted my progress pics in my profile. The pic that is a bit blurry is at my highest of 246 lbs. The one where I acutally posed for my "before" pic is the day before surgery at 232 lbs.

Congratulations on your progress.  I do think it is important to find a program that works for you -- if moderation is it, that is fantastic!  Keep it up :)
