I am not going to complain about hair loss or ask how to prevent it. I have accepted that it is falling out and will rock the short haircut. However, I am so excited that finally, FINALLY i noticed a grey hair had fallen out too. I kept asking my hair why it couldn't shed a few of the grey ones with all of the rest of the brown. Sounds like it finally listened and it will be and equal shedding process. No grey hair discrimination allowed here :)

Have a good one eveyrone

Yep - time for that makeover.  You'll be pleased with how good you'll look in short hair now, too.  Be sure to get some layers to blend in the new growth so you don't look like a chia pet.

I agree with Tracy, great attitude! I did not take it as well my self though! I am now almost 11 months out and the hair lose has stopped. Mine did not happen until about 5-6 mark and lasted a few months. I have lost half (at least) the thickness of my hair, but I think the weight lose trade off is well worth it! :)

I haven't seen the real color of my hair for 30 years so, for all I know, every falling hair is a grey one.  I've been through this twice before (once I went completely hairless after chemo) so I know it will all grow back.  But honestly, it's the downside of this WLS trip!
