Hi I'm pre op and still making mistakes so any suggestions are welcome I ordered a food scale :)
Breakfast chef salad ham egg. Bacon first then veggies 20 grams protein 350
Lunch protein coffee 28 grams of protein 300 cal
Snack dannon Greek yogurt 12 protein 80 cal
Dinner tuna salad 300 cal egg mayo tuna 20 gram protein
Snack cheese cubes or yogurt
64 oz of water and I switched to Stevia sweetener it's a little different but not too bad
Now I have to.stay on plan
Another cold and icy day here. Brrrr.
B: Protein Shake
L: last of the stuffed chicken breast. It was yummy but I'm done with it!
S1: fairly busy afternoon. I don't know if I will have time. If so, it will either be cheese or hummus and quinoa chips

B: 1 homemade scrambled egg "muffin" and 2 strips of Oscar Meyer turkey bacon (yummmmm)
S1: 1 chocolate PB quest bar (:Q)
L: 2 oz bourbon bbq chicken breast and 1/4 cup of peas/carrots (steamed)
S2: 4 organic strawberries with 1 tbsp of cool whip
D: 1.8 oz turkey burger in a low carb wrap with 1 tbsp of miracle whip with olive oil
S3: 1 mini mozzarella baby bel cheese
