To sleeve or not to sleeve?
Hi everyone, I have been considering WLS off and on for years. I have been overweight most of my adult life and the older I get the more difficult it is having this extra weight. I have an appointment 3/10 to find out more. I was wondering if you could give me some info/websites I could get more info to help me make my final decision. Thank you.
wish I did it 10 years earlier

I can tell you that it will only get more and more difficult. I'm 63 and my quality of life was in the toilet. For me, the sleeve wasn't even a decision; it was a necessity.

My surgeon and many others have free seminars that offer a lot of information. (My surgeon actually requires it on the checklist for his own patients.) I learned a lot at this session and also got to know the surgeon a little, too. AND this forum has been awesome for information and support!
Best wishes to you as you make your decision.
