Small victory!
Yesterday was my youngest daughters 5 th Birthday! Normally I would have ate a sixth of the cake! Yesterday I sat with my family while they had a piece of cake .... Did I want any? NOPE!
I haven't had bad carbs in over 7 weeks ... And I don't want that carb monster back! I am very proud of myself although it was easy to say no thanks!
