Take your cooked chicken breast, put in a food processor and turn it into very small pieces.

Take buffalo wing sauce, I used Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce, and pour a bit over it.

Then pour a little Blue Cheese dressing over it.

Mix well and put in microwave for 40 seconds.

I swear it tastes like a buffalo wing.

Enjoy!

Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce is freaking the best thing in the world.  You can add it to meatballs or really anything and it makes boring / dry / low fat protein super duper yummy!

Oh yes it does. I find myself also using Tobasco sauce on a lot of things to get it more oomph! Before the surgery I had trouble tolerating spicy food, now I can handle it great!

I do love Franks but I have to say I like Sirachi as well.

Google "Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken."

I made it last week with a combination of chicken breasts and thighs, but used a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix rather than blue cheese dressing.  And of course I used Frank's.  It is delicious.  I portioned it out and froze it in individual containers.  I now have lunch for the next two weeks.

Eggface has a recipe for it. I did it once for my lunches for a week early out.

I take chicken breast and process it. Then I melt greek yogurt cream cheese and add some light ranch to it. Then I mix that and Franks in with the chicken. Put some low fat cheddar cheese on top and cook just enough to melt the cheese.
