It's Sunday! I'm going to see Kingsmen today - should be festive!

exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain), 20ish minutes of PT HEC shoulder exercises

I'm feeling kind of odd today -- there has always been something missing or major milestone to work in life and lately things are right where I want them in terms of (work, weight, fitness, friends, boyfriends). It feels really odd to be just living and not waiting for things to get better / change. Probably should chat with a therapist about this -- but why not start on the daily food post (I'm a weirdo!)
